Don’t Forget the Music
Music is an excellent way to set the tone of the rest of the night — and a great way to relax after an amazing night. Consider creating a playlist of music for your friends, family or loved one to listen to both to and from the event. Most limousines will be able to play music from an MP3 player or a phone that has a USB or audio hook up — make sure to ask in advance!
Bring in Some Decorations
Any decorations that, of course, don’t make a mess can be added to a limo in advance! Consider the following:
- Balloons and streamers for a birthday.
- Signs and photos for a graduation.
- Roses and bouquets for a wedding or anniversary.
This is a great way to show that you really care about making a night special. If your limousine ride will be substantial, it also gives you some time to reflect on what you are celebrating and the wonderful night you have ahead of you.

Remember the champagne! In many locations — though you should, of course, ask in advance — you can bring your favorite alcoholic beverage on board the limo with you. Sodas, juices and water can also be provided. Make sure that you have the favorite drink of everyone on the limo at hand so they can relax and enjoy. Snacks are an additional bonus: even if you’re too excited for them on the way out, you may be desperately craving them on the way home!
