LGA Travel Alert! Pickup Procedure Changes at LaGuardia
With all the renovations and traffic pattern changes, we’re issuing a LGA travel alert effective immediately. Because of these massive changes in the makeover of LaGuardia, there are a number of key changes that affect how pick ups are conducted for KEE Limousine clients.
On the upside, the newly renovated Terminal B will have nap pods and new restaurants by summer’s end. But, unfortunately, pick ups will not be as convenient as it was before.
Also, please note that as of Sunday May 5, 2018, the GREEN ROUTE SHUTTLE BUS is discontinued!
NEW PICKUP LOCATION for Terminal B:
All customer’s flying into LGA Terminal B for the following airlines will be affected by this new pickup location:
a. American
b. Air Canada
c. Southwest
d. United
We are still unable to greet customers curbside on the LGA Arrivals Level of Terminal B. All customers must meet their chauffeur at the new designated pickup location located on the 2nd level of the new parking garage for LGA Terminal B. Customers need to follow signs to the new pick-up area, which is accessible via a new Pedestrian Walkway from the Departure Level of Terminal B.
Chauffeurs are not allowed to leave the vehicle unattended on this level. Customers need to communicate with their chauffeur via the contact information supplied to them via text message upon their arrival into LGA.
NEW PICKUP PROCEDURE FOR All other Terminals at LGA:
Due all the extensive construction and limited parking areas at LGA, all customers arriving into Terminals C & D will be greeted curbside. Customers need to communicate with their chauffeur via the contact information supplied to them via text message upon their arrival into LGA.
