Terms and Conditions
The following types of payment are accepted:

No Personal Checks are allowed.

All trips are subject to a fuel surcharge.
- Sedan: $50.00 + 20% Gratuity + Fuel Surcharge
- Van: $65.00 + 20% Gratuity + Fuel Surcharge
- SUV: $75.00 + 20% Gratuity + Fuel Surcharge
- Stretch: $90.00 + 20% Gratuity + Fuel Surcharge
All hourly rates are based on the time we leave and return to our garage in New Milford, CT. Travel time to and from our garage is added to the time the customer is in our vehicle.
All rates are subject to change without notice. Current rates are confirmed at the time a reservation is made with our office.
Additional Stops - $25.00 per stop minimum. Additional stops in or into NYC are based on the hourly rate for the vehicle.
Cellular Phone usage - $2.00 per minute
Extreme Early/Late pickups (between 10:00 p.m. & 5:00 a.m.) - $20.00
Certain trips may require parking and toll charges.
Certain trips may require an additional fee for meals and/or overnight accommodations for the driver.
Any other out of pocket expenses incurred.
Wait Time Charges:
All airport pickups have a 1 Hour grace period after the scheduled flight arrival time.
After the 1 Hour grace period has ended, the wait time will be charged in 15 minute increments at the current hourly rate for the type of vehicle the customer has ordered.
We monitor all incoming flights to help avoid/reduce any wait time charges. If your flight has been delayed, we would also encourage you to call our office with an update.
Cancellation & No Show Charges:
All trips must be cancelled 12 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time to avoid any fees. All trips that are cancelled without a 12 hour notice are subject to the following charges.
For pickups going to an airport, up to a 50% cancellation fee will be charged to the customer.
For pickups at the airport or in New York City, the customer will be charged a "No Show" fee which equals the total trip including any wait time, tolls, and parking that were incurred.
If a customer cannot locate their driver, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact our office. We are in communication with our drivers and we will be able to assist you in finding your driver. If a customer has not called our office, and we cannot contact the customer through their contact numbers we have on file, after 1 hour the driver will be released. The customer is then subject to a "No Show" fee, which equals the total trip including any wait time, tolls, and parking that were incurred.
A Holiday Charge of 25% will be added to all trips occurring on the follow holidays:
New Year’s Eve
New Year’s Day
The gratuities for these Holidays increase from 20% to 25%.
KEE Limousine is a NON-Smoking company. This applies to ALL vehicles!
Any and all changes to any reservation MUST be done through the office staff of KEE, not with the drivers.
While we make every effort to arrive at our pick ups as scheduled, these times can not be guaranteed if delays occur due to bad weather, construction delays, road conditions, traffic tie-ups, vehicle breakdowns, or acts of God.
We reserve the right to substitute vehicles.
A "Prom Contract" is to be signed by all parents before final reservation is made.
The driver has the right to terminate the trip for verbal/physical abuse of driver(s) or equipment and/or if they feel unsafe at anytime. If the driver terminates the trip before completion, the client will be charged for the complete trip and no refund will be issued.
The client assumes all responsibility for any and all damages to the inside and outside of the vehicle(s) deemed by KEE to be caused by recklessness, vandalism, and/or smoking by the occupants. (Subject to a cleaning fee of $1000.00).
KEE is not responsible for any items left in the vehicles or any lost or damaged luggage.
