Ready for Christmas? Rockefeller Center Tree Lighting will get you in the holiday spirit. Join the throng of joyous onlookers as the 78-foot-tall spruce tree is lit with five miles of LED lighting. A breathtaking experience to behold. The tree lighting is scheduled for November 30th, the ceremony with live performances will be from 7 – 9 pm at the Rockefeller Plaza. The tree is scheduled to remain lit until January 7, 2017.

Holiday Markets will be popping up throughout the city. It’s an opportunity to finish your last minute Christmas shopping and find exciting, unique items your loved ones will enjoy. Artisans from across the city and state will be selling homemade goods, treats, and other products. You can find markets in Union Square, Columbus Circle, Bryant Park, and Grand Central.

Don’t forget the shows – from Broadway to Radio City Music hall there is a show for everyone. Radio City Christmas Spectacular runs from November 11th to January 2nd, featuring the Rockettes, a timeless NYC Tradition. The Nutcracker performed by the sensational New York City Ballet will run from November 25th to December 31st. There are so many shows, be sure to book your tickets now before they are sold out.

Finish 2016 off with the New Year’s Eve on Times Square as the rest of the world watches live performances and the ball drop at Midnight. A global sensation that will be a lasting memory for years to come.
